Maggio Sedici, 2:37 PM

Haha. Lazy days are over. Time to write some posts here. But who cares anyway? Haha.

Okay, I was depressed this past week, so I wasn’t able to write, because I can’t find anything good and worth posting here. Our last game was a disaster. Jesus, why am I always stuck with stupid team mates? As if I’m not stupid vball player already. Last domenica, I went out with Mom. We bought shoes from SM Bacoor. I haven’t planned to go shopping, and it was a rush. I had some troubled finding the perfect pair of shoes, not because the store sells ugly pairs, but because my feet are too big. There’s a lot o beautiful shoes out there, but the problem was, the biggest sizes didn’t fit me. Then, I just picked this gorgeous flats from Unlisted and asked for my size. They gave me the biggest, and I just pretended that the fitting was perfect, because I fell in-love with the shoes. Actually, I can’t breath on it, even if my lungs are way far from my feet. We paid for it and bought some other things.

My mom and I were having a great time at the mall when Dana texted me that we’re needed in the game. I was like, “Game? What game?” Nobody said about having a game on Sunday evening. For Christ’s sake, it’s Sunday. We supposed to resting. Anyway, I still hurried home because I can’t just not show up, you know. I can’t let Chyna and Krissie down. I mean, I’ve got no affections for my other team mates, but these two are my friends, and we three are a powerhouse. In addition to that, we three are the guest players, and the play would be different without me. I’m not gloating here of something, but I’m the team member who is worth keeping besides Chyna and Krisel.

We’re on our way home when Chyna called on mobile phone. She was really worried and she’s hurrying me up. You know, I told her earlier that day that I was going out with Mom. I promised I’ll be there, and I panicked when I got in the court and the two weren’t there. My other team mates were also there, and they’re kind of worried, because I’m not enough for them. I totally agree. Without the two, I’m useless.

At the last minute, Krissie and Chyna showed up, with Charles and Yang. Yang was one of our friends too, and she haven’t played yet in the team. Actually, we haven’t talked with the captain about her. It’s just the three of us who were invited to play in the league, but we think our force were not enough to make us win, so we asked Yang to come with us. She’s a good vball player, too. But the new captain, Honey, didn’t like the idea. She just ignored us. The three of us were like, “Okay, if you didn’t want to win.” By the way, Dana was replaced as a team captain, because she’s defective. Haha. No, she’s one full hell useless of a team captain. I mean, where can you see a team captain who can’t even make a good service? Geez, she can barely even dig!

When I was a beginner at this sport, I was sort of stupid too, but not stupid like that. I mean, I listen to the coach or to my team mates who are better than me and I really practice so hard. But Dana, man, this is insane. We can’t suggest anything to the team because we’re just guest playets, but when the three of us are alone, we talk about how hard-headed Dana is. First, she appointed herself as captain, and then she doesn’t show up in practice. What kind of captain is that? Don’t ask me, you’ll hear bad.

By the way, I didn’t play my best because my wound on my right knee was hurting. I just can’t leap. I even almost pick a fight. When I was in the opener’s place, Chyna sent a fast drop ball, and she scored, and I got sort of carried away or excited, and I said, “yes!”, and the lesbian from the other team immitated me. I was so pissed of and I told her, “You’re just jealous” (because Chyna can do that and she can’t, I mean) and she replied, “Yeah, but you’re team is losing.” That brought me up to the boling point. I admit that we haven’t tasted winning yet because of some defective team mates we have, and the three of us did our best to make the team win.

I almost crossed the net and asked, “Do you want a piece of me?” and I was sort of roared into that lesbian. Her team mates jeered at me, and that’s when I started to mess up with my game. I was so distracted and nobody noticed among team mates that I nearly did an uppercut blow. Considering that I’m thrice larger than that lesbian, I could actually knock her down, but cared about the game so much that I just left the court and allowed myself to be subsituted by Yang, which never happened happened in the PH9 vball league history. Haha. I mean, I never allow anyone to subsititute in my place, until that time. Instead of sitting down in the bench, I sat on the floor. Because I just realize that my knee was hurting so bad. I removed the knee pad while realizing how tired I was. I said to myself, “Hey, I’m mortal. I thought I’m immortal. Haha.”

But I never regretted that I let Yang to take my place. She kicked ass. Man, she’s so good. If I didn’t get out of the game, there’s no way she could play, because Honey was skeptic. She won’t let the others to get out of the court even if they’re ruining the game. She really don’t understand the nature of the game. You know, that sometimes, you must sacrifice and let the others who are better than you to play and save the game in order to win. Honey completely don’t get it.

We lost every set and we went home. While walking home, we talked about joining other summer leagues. You know, we are already six and we have three setters already. Plus all of us are friends. I mean, Yang, Den, Charles, Chyna, Krissie and I are good friends. We’ll make a good team. And I was damn right about it.

The next day, we played in Villa Verde. And we crushed their team.

I was anticipating the call from Teletech for the details and schedule of the contract signing. And last martedi, I decided to have a rest day. You know, cancel my jogging and training with Krissie and the others. I slept all day. It was around five when Chyna called via landline and asked me to get up and prepare for a game, because they’re one player short for Villa Verde rematch, and Krissie was in the Mall of Asia with her sorella.

Though I didn’t intend to show up, I still took a bath and left my mobile phone in front of the computer. I was having a great time in nthe shower and when I was finally done, I checked my phone and a missed call was registered on the screen. I just missed a call from TeleTech. Geez. How could I be so stupid? My friends from Teletech texted and called me up to inform me that they were scheduled for a contract signing the next day.

I waited and waited for TT to get back on me. I was chanting around the mobile phone as if it’s voodoo item and praying that TT would call. Alas, I waited in vain. Jeff (Antes) called me up and informed me that he’ll have a Berlitz assesment first before he’ll sign the contract. I was like, “what’s that for?” and he said he didn’t know either.

The next day, Mom and I went to Carriedo to get myself and NBI clearance. It was a weird day, in a sort of funny way. At the base of the elevator, a lady sold a cedula to us, which we bought for 15 bucks. We went up the building and I started working on my clearance application. And I found out that the cedula was fake. Darn. I bought a new one and despite the trouble, i finished what I need to finish with the minimum expected time.

On our way out, we saw the lady who sold us the fake cedula. I almost pushed her down from the escalator, thank God, she’s lucky that I was there to get a clearance that I didn’t have any criminal record. We ate in the most popular fastfood in the country for lunch.

Then, we went shopping again. That’s what my mom and I love to do most with each other, I noticed. I bought this cute green sundress in the flea market and when my mom was mom was looking for her own sundress, I saw Miss Joanne Tenda, my professor in Humanities I. She looked great, and I was happy that she still recognizes me.

Then I saw this family of white people, which consists of a mother a father and a kid. In my estimation, their kid was in his early twenties, maybe twenty-five, and he looked very good, just like Daniel Smith. He was also very tall.

We bought clothes, gummy candies, burger girl and a lot more. For our afternoon snack, we ate in Chowking. I ordered the fiesta size halo-halo and petite size for my mom. I was shocked when I saw the fiesta size. I was like, “How am I gonna finish this?” I can’t leave the halo-halo alone, because we paid for it. It’s shameful to waste food.

I was worrying about my halo-halo when these two white dudes approached the counter and started ordering. I swear, they are the cutest  things on earth. They’re on the same height, and they definitely didn’t look like brothers. Actually they’re like Ben DiChiara and Ronnie Kroell from Make Me a Supermodel, only I didn’t know that one of them is gay.

When we’re finished, we started for home. We catched the Ben-Ronnie boys on their way out and my mom agreed with me. They’re both hot. I went home and called Jeff. His Berlitz assesment was scheduled the next day. Mom told me to call Ate Marie to ask for her advice, since she works in Teletech also and she’s intelligent and smart over this matters like missing a phone call from the company. Ate Marie said i must go to the office.

The next day, I went to Teletech. There’s Jeff. But i didn’t expect to see Richard. He’s up for the Belitz assesment too. I asked what it was, and nthey explained to me that it was a prehire assesment. If they pass, they’ll be assigned in the Hewlett-Packard division but if not, they’ll be working with us. Ha.

I asked the HR officer about the ONE MISSED CALL and she explained that that’s alright because I’ll be rescheduled for another contract signing again. She assured me that I’ll get the call within the week.

Richard was done with Berlitz and he’s just waiting for Jeff, who was scheduled at 12 noon. I decided to join them since I don’t have anything to do at home. I had a great time with them. Richard was funny while Jeff was a smart conversationalist. We discussed about everything lik American Idol and Make Me a Supermodel. We even debated about joining Survivor. When the Ace coach checked up of Jeff and asked if he was still okay, Jeff said he’s doing very good. Both of them were wearing gate pass and we checked up on the new applicants. When we’re new, we’re also like that. You know, anxious, nervous, miserable and hungry. Haha. These HR officers starve the applicants, to tell you the truth. They don’t have lunch breaks, so the applicants can’t go downstairs to get foof because if they do, an HR officer might call their name and they’ll be up for the interview, test or something.

Richard said if he’s in HR department, he’ll date the pretty girl in white shirt. She’s really cute. Jeff said if he’s in HR department, he’ll date the ace coach. And I said, if I’m in HR department, I’ll date the person wearing the blue shirt. The two looked at me with disbelief, and at the same time, shock. I sensed that they were about to ask if I’m a lesbian, so I explained right away that the person who was wearing a blue shirt was a man. They looked relieved when Eric showed up, and he’s wearing a blue shirt.

When Jeff was up, Richard and I cheered for him. It’s more of a jeer, actually. The ace coach noticed us and she asked Jeff, “Oh, they’re waiting for you?” Jeff nodded and they headed to the interview room. I like the ace coach. She’s so nice, bubbly and out going at the same time.

After Jeff’s assesment, we went to have lunch in Jollibee. Too bad, Richard has to go. Jeff and I had a short walk around the mall after lunch, and I went home right after.

I found Chyna, Den and Yang in front of the Brandon dude’s house. They asked me why I was in a corporate attire. I said I just signed a contract in Teletech, and they don’t believe it. Whatever. They maybe think that I’m stupid, since they don’t see me in class. Yang went with me to our house, and I found my Uncle B, watching Daredevil. We stayed in my room and after some time, Chyna and Den showed up. Krissie called and I invited her to come over to our house. Charles showed up to, before Krissie did.

When all of us were here, we ate before going to PH12 to watch the game. The first game was between Los Pinos and Villa Verde and the second was Weekend’s Club versus Woodsite 1. We saw Patrick’s cousin and he’s equally gorgeous as Patrick. He looks like Damien Cantrell, only younger.

We went home and I went to bed right away.

My mom woke me up today, and she asked me to do some signboards for our burger house in Woodstate. After doing it, I ate breakfast and started setting the house again. It hadn’t been cleaned ever since I got busy in my games.

After cleaning the house, I ate lunch and surfed the net. My old pals Zoro and Sinbad were in the englishbaby chatroom again. I’m glad that I’m able to find friends online, even if there’s so many posers here in the net. One of them was Janice, who, like me, came from the same country. I met a new friend again, and he’s name is Charles. He’s up for a serious friendship, unlike the stinky mumbais, who are always up for pornography. Ew.

By the way, the video up there was a clip from one of my piano practices. It’s a song by the Beatles, and it’s one of my favorites, plus the keys are so easy. Coming next week, apologize by Timbaland, featuring One Republic. Haha.
